Veriflow is a product of Koneva. For questions about your data, write to info@koneva.be.
If you click “Accept”, we use PostHog to measure how the site is used: which pages and sections are viewed, which buttons are clicked and which examples are played. We do not link this to your name or e-mail address and we do not build a profile of you.
If you click “Decline”, PostHog is not loaded and we set no analytics cookies. We keep your choice in your browser and you can change it at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom.
When something goes technically wrong, we receive an error report through Sentry with the page and the type of browser, so we can fix it. We use no cookies for this. Form contents, cookies and web addresses with parameters are removed before the report leaves. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site working.
The demo environment shows fictional example companies and fictional data. There are four shared demo accounts, so we do not know who signs in. We record which role performs an action, not which person. Screen recordings are off.
PostHog and Sentry process the data in the European Union. The site runs on Vercel. We do not sell data and use no advertising cookies.
We keep measurement data for at most 12 months and error reports for at most 90 days. You have the right to access, correct, delete and object. Send your request to info@koneva.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
